Don't worry if you missed out on early registration; SCMHA will be in attendance at the City Wide Registration at the I-Plex; Sept 8th & 9th from 6:30-8:30pm. REGULAR fees will be in effect.

New SCMHA Evaluation form....IS available in the "forms" section to print out and MAIL IN:
We have changed the process for submitting your evaluation forms this year……..
SCMHA has acquired an “Independent Evaluation Consultant” who is totally separate and independent from SCMHA and its Board.
The SCMHA Board felt that we were not getting enough feed back from our Association and felt it was very important that we hear back from our members whether it is positive or negative.
Your Evaluation Form will be completely confidential and at the end of the season our Consultant will compile all the forms and supply SCMHA with a summary of the information presented; eliminating any signatures.
We encourage you to talk with your children and complete the Evaluation form honestly and openly and submit it to the address on the form as soon as possible while your thoughts are still fresh.
